We’re pleased to announce our “new & improved” online banking system. Here’s a summary of the key benefits:

 Customer Platform Enhancements

• Our system will now be “real time”. Meaning there will be instant visual availability of deposited items through Internet Banking.

• The teller line will now provide e-receipts.

• We’re adding Zelle as our “P2P”. (Person to person transfers.) This will make transferring funds to or from other people easy. See your banker or our website for instructions on how to sign up. It will be available after April 21^st.

• Our monthly statements are easier to read and use (and more colorful!).

Also, there are minor language changes. For example, ACH Debits will now be called, “External Withdrawals” and ACH Credits will now be “External Deposits”.

As with anything new, your connections with Lakeside may look & feel a little different. We hope you’ll quickly be pleased with our upgrades.
