Joined Lakeside Bank in April 2024 and has been a banker in the Chicago Metropolitan area for 56 years primarily in community banks. He is very excited about opening a Lakeside branch in Mount Prospect.

John is a member of the Banker’s Club of Chicago and past President. He was Treasurer, and Finance Committee Chair, for High School District 214 Education Foundation, Membership Chair and past President of Rotary Club of River Cities, Member of the Ambassador Council for Northwest Community Hospital Foundation, Assistant Treasurer for Church of The Incarnation Arlington Heights and Volunteer for the Illinois Commission on Diversity and Human Relations.

John has a BA from Cornell College and an MBA from Northern Illinois.

John is a 54-year resident of the Village of Mount Prospect, is married with two adult children and six grandchildren.

Bryan L. Orton

Bryan is responsible for expanding the Bank’s portfolio of commercial and industrial relationships with family-owned businesses throughout Chicago. He began working with the Bank in 2024 after almost 30 years working for other major, commercial banks in Chicago. Bryan is a former travel baseball and basketball coach, an alumni board member of the Foglia YMCA and he holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University. He enjoys cooking for friends and family and all things sports related.
